Service Agreement Questions

Air-cooled plans cover smaller residential generators (up to 26kW). Liquid-cooled plans cover larger units (30kW–48kW) which require additional service steps like coolant checks, belt and hose inspection, and fuel filter replacement.
Every visit includes a full visual inspection, oil and filter change, air filter replacement, battery voltage test and terminal cleaning, ATS testing, controller check for alarms and fault codes, exercise schedule confirmation, and a detailed written service report.
Yes. All plans offer a monthly autodraft option. This spreads the cost over 12 months with automatic billing.
Remote monitoring gives us visibility into your generator's status, alarms, and exercise history between service visits. It's an optional add-on billed separately and supplements your scheduled maintenance.
Agreements auto-renew annually. You can cancel with 30 days written notice before your renewal date. Customers who decline auto-renewal are subject to a $50 annual administrative fee.
Emergency and after-hours service calls are not included in maintenance plans. However, PM Plus and Premium members receive priority scheduling for both service calls and outage response.
